Done bulking
Well my bulking phase is coming to an end in about 2 weeks, i think i've made some good gains in both size and strength. I just feel a little bit on the fat side right now, so i just want to trim down my bf%. I took these pictures @ 1.16.07. Not quite sure what i weight right now, last time i checked was beginning of dec. and i was around 190, so hopefully i am somewhere in the ball park of 195-200.

it's hard to compare without a side by side but i'd say your arms and delts have grown noticably, and for me to see that without a side by side means you definitely grew.
Lat spread looks good, and you have a small waist, sounds like you put on quite a bit of size, so good job overall! Keep it up and good luck cutting!

You put a very noticeable amount of mass on (arms especially)...without adding a ton of fat. If you cut up a little bit, you should be looking pretty damn built...good work man.
