You will come through fine, listen to the more experienced guys on this board, they typically know what they are doing.
I sympathize because when I was 16 or 17 I weighed 250 lbs with a very high bf%. I also decided enough was enough and began running. In about a year I got down to 165 lbs. These days I kinda laugh because I am approaching my old weight, except this time it is not fat. I just put up some pics of myself a few posts below yours, if I can ill find some from when I was 165. keep at it

i dont see any titties there bro.. good job on the weight loss though way to go. not much to say really since your already plannign a clean bulk. whats yours split/excersises/sets/rep scheme going to look like?
