Default 150-160 pic.

Yeah took along time but I went up to 160. I filled out just a little but im hoping when I get to 170 ill look a tad bigger. Ive been working my triceps, back and shoulders alot and made improvements but apperance wize it does'nt look like it sadly. Biceps still need alot of work and so does my chest. Ive been really busy but im still trying. It's not a gaint difference so far but ill give myself some more time to hopefully develope my muscles a bit better.

So how tall are you dude?

You looka bit bigger, are you doing your squats though?

squats are no joke.. just remember to eat as much as possible and squat, bench and deadlift your ass off! and aim always for a pump!

Im 6 foot still growing. I have'nt been doing squats though because I always come close to blacking out when I try. I been trying to work on my breathing, and do light weights when doing it but there is something about my body that does not tick when doing it. My friend who played football for most of his life helped me with technique and I still have problems where I feel like blacking out so ive been avoiding it.

I know also it does'nt look like I improved much but strength wise I have so im hoping if I keep pushing with my eating ill start forming something noticable.

What's you’re diet like?
You shouldn't come close to passing out while doing squat. Maybe you don't eat enough carbs or something. Squat takes a lot of energy and oxygen. If the problem persists I would see a doctor. Maybe you have a little asthma. I have a little asthma and it makes a big difference in my lift and endurance since my pump medication.

I drink a half gallon+ of milk normally a day, pastas, pizza, tons of chicken, chinese noodles with fish/chicken/seafood normally are very high in protein. Also eat bagels, cottage cheese, almonds, pb and j's with multi grain bread, drink my weight gainer regularly, i work at a deli so i eat alot of roast beef/vegetables. Also love alot of dairy products. I also wake up at about 6 every morning and have food then go to bed again so most of the time im eating all the time.

Just keep getting stronger. your body will have to grow. Hav you ever seen someone your size squat 400?? no...

even if you almost black out on squats do them anyways lightly. its better then not doing them at all. you'll get it.
