I am going to continue my bulk till the end of february, which should put me around 230 lbs give or take after that I am knocking down my food intake a slight amount gearing up for weight loss and incorporating HIIT and abwork on days I dont lift.
I have also been debating doing some really intense olympic lift and agility based lifting while on my "cutting" stage.

Look pretty big man, especially for someone who is 6'2". I am that height, so I know the difficulty in looking big when being tall.
How about some leg shots, especially if you squat 4 plates? BTW - it isn't against the rules to smile. lol

For a second I thought Jlo was going crazy asking for leg shots, cause I knew that I saw them...but then I scrolled back up and noticed that you edited your post to add them....Duh! Takes me a little longer to catch on than the rest of the kids...LOL.
Anyway, I think you look good. But I'm not surprised, because just by reading some of your posts it seemed like you have a pretty good head on your shoulders when it comes to training. Nice Job! |

I dont but I would wager between 15-20%. I was about 12-14% when I started bulking (roughly 6 mos ago, at about 190 lbs give or take) and my visible bodyfat has shown no real measure of difference I can see.
If I can manage to get some solid numbers I will post them
