Looking big as usual.

Not to be a dick dude, but you obviously train correctly, unlike many teens on this board. Yet all you do is come on this board and show pics. How about some contribution, especially in the teen section - maybe give back a little bit.

Just something to think about brother.

There's not a whole lot I can say...as much advice as I give out on bodybuilding.com I still wake up in the morning to find new PM's from different people asking the same questions, "How do I get big?" "what's your routine like?" "what supps you using?" I mean, my routine isn't any different from what a lot of you other guys are doing, I just work my ass off...I attribute 100 percent of my success to working hard and making this lifestyle a passion of mine...not putting it low on my priority list...simply put, if you want to be a champion you'll find a way to be one...that's that...what works for me might not work for you and I dont mean to sound like a dick but its the honest to God truth...God all made us different and for good reasons, but we all have different metabolisms, genetics(anybody who says they dont play a BIG role can shut up) and personalities...it's hard to really give out advice to teens who want to work their ass off in the gym but not do anything in the kitchen(or vice versa.)

I think it would save a lot of time and stress for us all if people would read stickies before they post, bodybuilding is a great sport but it takes knowledge to be good in, and it takes even more self-discipline..if you eliminate discipline from the equation you're left with a wrong answer. People browse bodybuilding forums all the time for hours and hours trying to find that perfect routine or perfect diet...or search store after store trying to find that perfect supplement when, in fact, the only thing that is holding you back is yourself and the excuses you make...you will NEVER, never, EVER be a champion if you make excuses.

Moral of my story: Hard work is everything, there's no easy way out...I guarantee if you ask any successful bodybuilder/athlete on any given forum they'll tell you the exact same thing. If you want my routine, it's in that thread that i posted, but it's not a "secret" routine, I'm pretty observant at what kids are doing around the forums and a lot of what they're doing is no different from what im doing..they just lack intensity i'm sure. I'm here for advice and I consider myself pretty knowledgeable in all areas of bodybuilding so if you have any questions for me I'd be happy to answer them

Zac, great job! And about your "post about 'not posting' " You just said a mouthful in a few paragraphs. I think Jlo was asking for you to do just what you did in your post! Testify Brother! We all get the "How do I get Huge?" or "Should I take Whey with Creatine?" stuff all the time. Not to mention 90% of the posters your age lack your determination and yet tell us "Older" guys why we don't know d!ck! Statements like yours, the cold hard truth, are what Jlo was getting at. When newbies around your age see your pics, reads your posts, sees the respect you get from the members here, maybe, JUST MAYBE, something will sink in.

Nice lats from the front!

If this was a bodybuilding show and I had to critique you, I'd say one of the few area's that need work is your forearms..
