DUDE!!DUDE!!, this may sound gay but your fcuking incredible, seriously! i am 16 (17 in feb) and i cant beleive how much bigger than me you are, you own all our age! You have a good head on your shoulders and i could see you being like a serious bodybuilder in the future, you have just given me so much inspiration in these few posts you wrote. Hardcore ,thats the way i am going to be from now on! No more sleeping in and missing meals, no more not pushing out that last rep, no more not listening to advice, no more excuses. more hardcore!
I have just started a bulk and was doing really well then just recently i have been getting sloppy with everything. think x mas messed me up, now it will be the new year soon i am going to go sick!! i am 180 and want to hit 190 as soon as possible! peace out bruv ps. x mas didnt mess me up , i did, it was my fault for getting sloppy and no one else's , NO MORE EXCUSES!

Wow, i certainly will do, because i am going to get bigger and now nothing will stop me. After i read your posts i went running and it was the hardest/best run i have ever done, i went up the hills around where i live and i was aboslutley determind that i would not stop untill i got to the top, when i got to the top i did 20 push ups in the mud and then nearly died. lol.

just take advantage of the natty test u got going now. during my bulk i was getting growth test spurts (u should b able to tell when ur having a growth spurt/test spurt) which was good, im gonna b sad when it starts to go away, lol. so take advantage while u can.

You look solid and have done well for yourself. As BD=LG said your forearms need some work but I think your traps are lagging as well. Work on your deadlifts some more and both these problems will be solved. I can't imagine how big you'll be once you start dedicating more to this lift because you're already huge.

Hey, great progress you are making man!!!!
I have been on/off with my training for a couple of years now, I have been a lurker on this board for a while and I can remember some of you earlier pics from like a year ago. Am trying to get back in the habit so this post has been real inspirational to me being such a lazy mofo and get back into it. You have mentioned that you dont take any supps which is unreal cause for me with work and everything a protein/carb powder is a must!! Diet consists of prolly barely 3,000 cals on a good day for now(parents are against my bodybuilding and I'm waiting on my check) it's hard for me to get lots of food in, let alone buy supps...I'm not from the best financial background but God always supplies for me what I need, not always what I want, but always what I need
