thnx guys, iv been workin at it past month or 2, deadlifts, pulldowns, etc, its comin along compared to b4.
i know jlo, my chest is what i think genetically declined, i bench a decent amount, but mainly cuz of my tris and big shoulders. wut u think would help sculpt bigger chest? o, u know u love these briefs baby. lol jk

ok guys, ill just keep to what ive been doing and hope it shapes up. it has gotten bigger and better shaped since that first pic, but still has to gain more. lol. and delts...yeh, my front heads are great cuz my bench, but sides i wana get bigger. iv been doin raises tho, so tryin to get those better.

Good improvement there bigk-78! BF has dropped and your back is looking great. Have to add that Jlo has it right about the chest. It will come along since your weights are up there. Legs looking good to though I can't judge the calves since you don't post a shot of them. You definitly have things in line. Keep it up!
