well I critiqued you on myspace but...
I remember your old signature said 195lb, now it says 215 - does that mean you've gained 20lb? if so then that's excellent, but you'd be better off getting someone to take pics/using timer to get yourself a good double bicep pose and a most muscular pose...you could always get a shot of the wheels... maybe even take a full body shot - even if you're not happy with it atm, it's how you look in 6 months that counts ps - lucky sod - I'd give any money to be 6'3

I have definitly gained strength. The 195 to 215 thing was actually over a year...I just noticed that my weight was off in my signature lol.
I have not measured myself so I dont know what my stats are. I am definitly more trim in my abdomen then I was in teh first couple pictures. My shoulders have increased size as well as my upper area of my chest. I guess I am the only one that can see it or notice it though.

I've taken pictures every couple of weeks since I got serious and I take them in the exact same spot and lighting conditions but even just a slight difference in angle and it's hard to tell any difference even though I notice it looking in the mirror, so don't feel bad, I think subtle changes are really hard to notice from photographs |

I don't think you're the only one who can notice it, 20lb is a big change BUT it's difficult to see the change from the pics... what do you lift these days? looks like you bench a fair bit, that's a big chest
