Thanks everyone! Last pics of me being in-shape. Next pics are gonna be pre-cycle fat pics.
I'm no expert by no means, I don't train mom's,grandma's, nationally ranked wrestler's and sh!t, but that ain't my job and have no interest in it what so ever. But, I do know a little about the nutrition, compounds, and especially the last 2 weeks out from a comp. Still learning my body, and I will take credit for all my accomplishments right up until now. I just picked up someone to guide me through as I step it up and to have piece of mind. Easier that way, as contest prep is stressful by itself. For example: Typical day for me, when I am working daylights. I am not gonna include preparing my food and other normal daily tasks, keep all that sh!t in mind though. I work for Shell Oil as a refinery operator, so that means 12-18 long hrs. So, I throw contest prep in the mix, it ain't pretty. Daylights 3:30am: Cardio 45min 5:00am: Work 12hrs 6:30pm: Train and another 20-30min cardio 8:00pm: Prep food, try to sleep, wake up, and repeat above. Graveyards 5:00pm: work 12hrs 5:30am: Weight train/ 20 - 30 min cardio 7:00am: Eat, and try to sleep 3:30pm: 45min cardio 5:00pm: back to work. Why this post? Apparently, I don't know what I am doing. Funny thing is I have 2 shows under my belt and I have done both pretty much solo, along w/ some advice along the way. This time around, I picked up some help to do a little bit of the thinking for me, plus he's just adding to what I have been doing already. Just some minor tweaking. In the end I do all the "foot work", prepping meals, eating meals, supps timing, cardio/ weight-training, and taking care of the family. So, NO ONEis gonna make assumptions about me, and not hear/read about it. Especially if they don't compete. Also, if I don't know what I am doing, I know exactly what I am doing and putting in my body especially being a diabetic. Been watchin my diet since way back when, but I guess you knew that already. We out, PEACE.. |

Thanks surf, as far as tat's go, the judges did not mark me down as they really did'nt interfere w/ my physique.....but they said that they flowed and compliment it. They did say, the more I diet down the thinner my skin will get, that is one of the problems w/ being a Pacific Islander....THICK SKIN.
I appreciate that bro. Hard work and consistency is the formula. LMK if you need anything. Last edited by LiLSaVaGe; 12-17-2006 at 09:16 AM. |
