I've gotta ask what your routine is atm, then I can probs suggest some chest work...bench press is the obvious though
yup good lean base mate, keep the calories up, keep on lifting heavy and sleeping and you'll be seeing gains

Upper day 1: 100% push volume, 50% pull volume Bench Press 4x6 Incline Dumbbell Press 3x10 Overhead Barbell Press 3x10 skull crushers 4x10 Bent-Over row 3 x10 db curls 3x10 Legs,1 Barbell Squat- 3x6 Leg press- 3x10 Romanian Deads- 3x10 Standing Calf Raise- 3x12 off off Upper day 2: 50% push volume, 100% pull volume DB Bench Press 3x10 Overhead DBl Press 3x8 DB Bent-Over row 3 x6 CGPD 3x10 lat pulls 3x8 EZ-bar curls 3x8 Legs,2 Squats 3x10 SL Deads- 4x10 Seated Calf Raise- 3x12 off its the same that is recommended by one of the other users on here that ppl say to use. but ill take all the advice i can get man thanks again _)Chris(_

how about some incline bench/dumbell press?
you could also add some flies in there if you like, although someone will probs disagree with this in a sec lol

How much lighter are your light days? Also you have no deadlifts + core work? You should think of it as upper/lower rather than upper/legs. Stick deads on light leg day.
More importantly is this routine working for you? Have you made gains? |

Bench press (set of 4, then set of 6, then set of 8) Incline dumbell press (4,6 then 8) Military Press with barbell (set of 4, set of 6, then set of 8) Side raises (set of 4, 6 then 8) Tricep Extensions (4,6 then 8) Skull Crushers (4, 6 then 8) Tuesday: Legs Squats (4,6 then 8) Leg Presses (8X3) Stiff leg deadlifts (4,6 then 8) Standing calf raise Thursday: Back, Biceps, Forearms Deads (8X3) Wide grip pull ups (8x2 hopefully) Close grip pull ups (8x2 hopefully) Barbell Rows (8 reps x 3 sets) Face Pulls (8X3) Barbell Curls (8,6 then 4) New routine
