Default how is my foundation

Hey guys i know i need to work on my chest (which im working on ,Bb declines,DB inclines,flys, lat pull downs exc..) but how is my foundation so far? Pics are thumbnails so u can inlarge by clicking lol
I also know i need to eat eat eat and i am im taking in about 3200 cals a day
Age=17
Height= 5'10''
Weight= 150ish

I've gotta ask what your routine is atm, then I can probs suggest some chest work...bench press is the obvious though


yup good lean base mate, keep the calories up, keep on lifting heavy and sleeping and you'll be seeing gains

thanks man. my typical chest work out is
Upper day 1: 100% push volume, 50% pull volume
Bench Press 4x6
Incline Dumbbell Press 3x10
Overhead Barbell Press 3x10
skull crushers 4x10

Bent-Over row 3 x10
db curls 3x10



Legs,1
Barbell Squat- 3x6
Leg press- 3x10
Romanian Deads- 3x10
Standing Calf Raise- 3x12

off
off

Upper day 2: 50% push volume, 100% pull volume
DB Bench Press 3x10
Overhead DBl Press 3x8

DB Bent-Over row 3 x6
CGPD 3x10
lat pulls 3x8
EZ-bar curls 3x8

Legs,2
Squats 3x10
SL Deads- 4x10
Seated Calf Raise- 3x12

its the same that is recommended by one of the other users on here that ppl say to use. but ill take all the advice i can get man

well u look pretty lean. decent base, as alex said, just eat eat eat. if ur not gaining with 3200cals, then increase it (perhaps to 3500). and i dont know what ur routine is, so i would post that to.

how about some incline bench/dumbell press?
you could also add some flies in there if you like, although someone will probs disagree with this in a sec lol

How much lighter are your light days? Also you have no deadlifts + core work? You should think of it as upper/lower rather than upper/legs. Stick deads on light leg day.

More importantly is this routine working for you? Have you made gains?

Monday : Chest, Shoulders, Triceps

Bench press (set of 4, then set of 6, then set of 8)
Incline dumbell press (4,6 then 8)
Military Press with barbell (set of 4, set of 6, then set of 8)
Side raises (set of 4, 6 then 8)
Tricep Extensions (4,6 then 8)
Skull Crushers (4, 6 then 8)


Tuesday: Legs

Squats (4,6 then 8)
Leg Presses (8X3)
Stiff leg deadlifts (4,6 then 8)
Standing calf raise

Thursday: Back, Biceps, Forearms

Deads (8X3)
Wide grip pull ups (8x2 hopefully)
Close grip pull ups (8x2 hopefully)
Barbell Rows (8 reps x 3 sets)
Face Pulls (8X3)
Barbell Curls (8,6 then 4)

New routine

I'd add some hips (either the machine abductor/adductor or bands/cable) and Good Mornings or Hypers to that, just light stuff. Also I'd just pick one set of pull-ups and alternate each week.

add the hipwork to ur leg days IMO.

hypers or rack DLs r always good as well.
