Default Newbie Pics! Tell me what yall think

Whats up, im fairly new here. looking for some constructive criticism. im about 6'0" 175, pretty lean but im looking to gain more muscle mass but i still want my cuts. any advice?







Im feeling real good about my body, but i need to work more on my obliques and my traps..... lol damn i need a haircut

very lean, good "base" you'd be sick with more mass.

that last pick looked like a crotch shot at first before it automatically resized. I was like WTF?!

I think you look good. But if you want to add more mass, I think you'd look sick.
How's your diet? Keep it clean, just eat eat and eat...oh and continue to lift big, and you should be able to put on some nice size.

You have very good genetics. putting mass on should be easy for you. you might have to lose your 'cuts' for a while though.

thanks. my diet is fairly strict, i usually consume about 2500 - 3300 calories a day. lots of lean proteins (salmon, chicken breast, the usual) about 100 grams a day maybe more and lots of whole grains and fibers, very low amounts of sugar and fats. i bench about 275 - 280lbs, but its prolly went down, i havent been to the gym in about 3 weeks

very good base, good to see that u eat strictly, which would b why ur so lean but some good mass already. only thing i would say would b arms (from the pic anyway). the rest of ur body is doing great.

hope i didnt seem negative, just trying to be constructive .

and yes, very good genetics!

^ I agree, my biceps could definitely use some work. they used to be a little bigger, but they feel off a bit. thanks for the comments everybody

LMAO Jennyd! I would say his diet is spot on!

Great work! You have an awesome foundation. As everyone else has mentioned add some size. You are an example for a lot of the younger ones here. Start a log, including your diet, so others can see what works! The pictures tell the story that diet is key. That, and genetics. Keep up the great work.

Awesome back muscle development. What do you do to keep such trim abs?

Only thing I can think of that you might want to work on is that little spot between the end of your biceps, and the beginning of your forearm as seen in the 3rd pick. I got the same problem. I think strict concentration curls where you focus on that small area is probably what would help.

How much do you do on a shoulder press?

thanks a lot. for abs i usually keep it simple with weighted ab crunches, twisting ab crunches and weighted V-up sit ups, but i think a lot has to do with my diet. as for shoulder press, im not sure what my max is, but when it comes to dumbbell shoulder press i usually do about 55lbs each arm, some days 60. Also, yes i agree my bi's need a little work, pull-ups usually help my bi's develop super fast.

His diet might be spot on for someone that wants to look like him...but he said that he wants to add mass...so therefore, he obviously needs to add some stuff to his diet.

Good solid foundation, your abs look sick. Over all you look good, More mass would def. Be a plus. Good job
