very lean, good "base" you'd be sick with more mass.
that last pick looked like a crotch shot at first before it automatically resized. I was like WTF?!

thanks. my diet is fairly strict, i usually consume about 2500 - 3300 calories a day. lots of lean proteins (salmon, chicken breast, the usual) about 100 grams a day maybe more and lots of whole grains and fibers, very low amounts of sugar and fats. i bench about 275 - 280lbs, but its prolly went down, i havent been to the gym in about 3 weeks

very good base, good to see that u eat strictly, which would b why ur so lean but some good mass already. only thing i would say would b arms (from the pic anyway). the rest of ur body is doing great.
hope i didnt seem negative, just trying to be constructive .and yes, very good genetics! |

Awesome back muscle development. What do you do to keep such trim abs?
Only thing I can think of that you might want to work on is that little spot between the end of your biceps, and the beginning of your forearm as seen in the 3rd pick. I got the same problem. I think strict concentration curls where you focus on that small area is probably what would help. How much do you do on a shoulder press? |

Why was that funny? His diet might be spot on for someone that wants to look like him...but he said that he wants to add mass...so therefore, he obviously needs to add some stuff to his diet. Narc, don't make me have to give you a time out! |
