This is the most recent pic I have of me!! Im 22, currently weight 175, used to weight 210 when I first started working out exactly 1year ago. It sucks because I cant work out like I would like to being that I attend college full time and also work full time I only get to work out maye 3 times a week. My goal is not to get like Arnold I just want to have good muscle definition but at the same time do lots of cardio to stay fit and healthy. Im pretty much satisfied with my body except my lower stomach, but I know to have rock solid abs you need a very good diet witch I cant keep!LOL! Dammit I tried to post the pics directly but I dont know how so I just put the links to my photobucket account
