Thought I'd throw in some before pics. Well, actually this is now, but in a couple of months they will be before pics. :lol: This is me after about 4 months of training. I've lost about 15 pounds of fat and gained about 4 - 6 pounds of muscle. As you can see, I still need to get rid of some flab.
This is my husband. He's been working out about a month now. He's starting to look good. |

Ok gang, here are the month end pics. No drastic changes in my opinion from last week. Two days off in middle of week kinds slows things down. But I maintained so thats good. Weight still around 203-204. Think I am cutting up in shoulders and other areas pretty well, but anyway...have a gander if ya wish....put the silly avatar up this time...LOL, one day that pose will be up there with super-cuts...he he he.

MM, that's an awesome amount of cutting for one month, especially when you add thanksgiving in there
I need to start a diary in here and really get my ass in gear. I want to cut a bunch before mid winter, then bulk till late winter, then cut into summer.... I'm guessing i should go get a measure of some sort so i can actually see my progress more rapidly by bf%, cause my weight in the past 6 months has only moved about 10 lbs.... |
