I started working out when I was 16 or 17 but I only really did curls. When I was 17 there was a brief period of going to the gym. But then I reverted back to primarily bicep curls and then started doing push ups. I am now 19 years old, I got a gym membership about two weeks ago and I have been going nearly every night. I don't really watch what I eat and I don't go through Bulking or Cutting cycles, I just eat and lift weights pretty much. I am currently 6'3 and 185-190 lbs. I'd really like to get up to 200-220 lbs. I don't take any supplements or anything, pretty much any advice you guys can give me would be appreciated. (Also, I know my abs look way more defined now than in the first pic but I think that a lot of that has to do with the shadowing of the lighting in my room.)
