Hers me before I started gym, a couple months after staring gym, and now that I've started benching 100kgs, I'm trying to bulk at the moment. Need to narrow waist to make chest and shoulders look bigger, my waist is 32'' at the moment and I want it to be about 29''

true for overall body bulking they are good poses
also in some of your poses your tensing loads and others not at all. if you get more pics plz post i'd love to see your progress.

cutting-loose the cals keep the protein lots of cardio more reps on a lighter weight for more definition.(this wont loose muscle mass, it will tone muscles) for a 6 pac vary your ab exercises dont just do sit ups or crunches. there are loads of ab exercises to do.
crunches sit-ups russian twists leg raise ect and i suggest if you have gym access use an ab machine
