Well, I really only have 1 pic to show what has happened, but I will get more. I have gained almost everywhere. I am trying to cut/bulk which doesnt work I know. But im trying my best. I have given up all soda, havent touched one in almost a month. I drink only water and protein shakes and milk for breakfast. I have lost 7 lbs, and an inch and a half in the waist, my chest is shaping up, and I have gained almost an inch in my arms. So far I am happy with my results because im not the best eater, or protein taker or anything for that matter.
Before ![]() Now ![]() Added shirtless pic, yes I suck at chest for some reason, but I have gained, and I have 2 abs when I flex them, woo hoo for me. lol

You set the camera to take a timed picture, yet you still took a pic of the reflection on the mirror lol! anyway good progress dude your arms look bigger/better and maybe your chest but then again u got that shirt on... why? |

After the 12 weeks I am just going to work on cleaning up my diet and doing what im doing. I just used 12 weeks as a kind of goal to set. I figured if I had a time frame mabey I would work harder. more of a mental mindset than anything. Right now I am weighing in at 175 and I would like to stay this weight but drop the BF big time. I have been doing a 3.5 mile run in the morning which has plenty of hills, flats, and the hills are long and gradual and steep and short so its like a HITT activity almost. Then at night I run 5 miles. and on the weekends I do a 8 mile run. I am really working on cleaning up my diet though and working on taking my supps. I am really good for like 2 weeks then I slack. but on a side note, I can see my ribs again this is the first time in a long time. My pants no longer fit, and everyone says my back is looking a lot better.
I took the pic as a reflection so I could look in the screen of the camera to make sure I was centered. I suck at trying to get pics of myself. and if I didnt use the paper towels the camera was to low and I was to angled to get a clear picture. I have the shirt on because I was in the middle of my workout and I forgot to take it off for the pic. im going to get more detailed pics soon. |
