If you tuck your feet more, and arch your back so that your traps/shoulders blades are hitting the bench, the bar will tend to follow the / range of motion that jlo is talking about.

That is why Veng mentioned using a pipe to help w/ arch. It helps you have an arch while keeping your shoulders and ass on the bench.

You would look alot better if you did a cut. That way you could really show off what you got and the chicks would probly dig it.

thanks for the help...ive never had anyone coach me on my form, so any help is great...

im in the middle of a bulk b4n3 on3, ill probably start cutting mid january or early february...oh btw the chicks already dig it lol

No it's not. When you learn how to use leg drive to keep a stable base lifting your ass takes away from your stability and some strength.

Find which foot position is most comfortable, either wide or close, make sure your ass is planted, and when you push up, dig in your heels, and drive you ass and traps into the bench. I know it sounds weird but you should be flexing your glutes. It's all about keeping a stable base, and keeping an arch.
