hard to tell many differences, looks like you lost some fat around your waist. but what your goals? you should either try to bulk (gain more muscle, and some more fat in the process) or try to cut to lose the fat around your waist (and lose some muscle in the process). post your routine and diet... ppl around here are very helpful once the above info is provided.

welll.....my goals are to lose some fat around my waist.....and gain some upper body strength....my lower body is fine i feel......
rite now....i am running 4kms every alternate dayz....along wid doin weights d oder dayz...sundays i take rest...i feel tht m liftin medium weights....compared to d avg gym crowd my routine...roughly...is... monday - chest, back tuesday - cardio (i.e. run 4-5 kms continuous) wednsday - biceps, triceps thursday - cardio friday - legs, shoulders saturday - cardio dis combined wid 8 mins abs workout on d days i have cardio m takin On whey wid skimmed milk.....2 timez a day....along wid an approx 2500 calorie diet....i m 6ft....92 kg......wid 23% body fat any suggestions as to any changes i need to make???? |
