Looking good there Nate. but I'm with Traps on this one, from 310x8 to 405 is a pretty heafty jump. Now if it was in the 350 range, I would think it was more likely. Don't know, but I hope you get it, good luck.

My predictor says if you can bench 310lb for 8 reps you should be able to get 385lb for 1 rep, http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/OneRepMax.html i find this is about right with most of my lifts.

haha thanks guys, well i did 370 pretty easy didnt I? hmm when i did 370 i was barely able to do 300x8, i think at that time i could have gotten 380..and now i do 310x8...400 would be good i may just try that first, this max doesnt really matter, but my end of bulk goal is 420 which is 6 more weeks
