hmm i see little difference, your quads seemn a little bigger but your calves look smaller than before, cant tell much on back cuz you werent flexed on both, after 12 weeks you should put on a little more weight...keep bulking

i still think he did alright Nate, atleast according to his stats. not a huge gain but atleast a steady increase with minimal fat gain.

i saw that to. may he meant by looking at the comparison pics they looked smaller?

personally i think a 2 1/2 " increase in chest is good, and not a sign of an atrophing chest, lol.

im kinda thinking i should keep bulking now cos i reckon i could still get a bit biggerbefore i need to cut down.. especially my back.. i dont think its really up to par with the rest.

I say get bigger. @ 17/18 years of age, putting on mass may be difficult. If you can make 170, and with good diet that's possible, with more muscle mass, when you go to cut you will definitly like the out come. If you cut now, you will look "Ok".

You have to decide on your goal? Do you want to be skinny and ripped or big and ripped. If its the latter, then dont even think about cutting for at least a couple years....Hopefully by then you'll be around the 200lb mark. Still not big, but at least you'll have some muscle to show.

ok ok.. after much deliberation i have decided to go for another month or so of bulking up.. i'll aim for 160 in about 4 weeks or so. then ill see where i want to be at after that.

im trying to think of my long term goal weight when cut.. cos im only 5'6ish so obviously being like 200 lbs is gonna have me looking way too beefy.. where as righ now i still think a bit slender.. i think the guy up there may be right on the mark with 170.

Your gonna cut when you weigh 170lbs? and drop to what? 150.... IMO you'll look very skinny. Then again i'm 5'8" and 235lbs and I think I'm skinny, so perhaps I'm just a freak....

well remember at 2" shorter than you i think me being 235 would be nowhere near what i want to look like.

im not going for powerlifter look.. or even a bodybuilder look.. i play football (as in soccer) so i cant afford to get to that size, i just want to get toa size that is the biggest i can before it inhibits my football bility.. cos ive saw bigger guys and the simply cant keep up with stamina, because we dont have the time to train our stamina up to the level of all these athlete folk.

and if i bulk to 170 im hardly gonna cut to 150.. at my bodyfat id be happy to cut to just see the abs slightly more defined.. maybe 8-9% or so.
