Cut looks good. As for you back width and traps it is hard to tell from a Double Bicep pose. Definition is looking good! Gives us a lat spread pic at least....

I tried take one and to my dismay and being ashamed cant get the pose . I dont know where to put my hands or anything . Ill keep trying, its also hard to get with the camera unless its far away.

Sorry ill get one up

BTW sorry for not editing out my face on the small 2...

Also with my stupid @ss studio class and not getting to get a good meal or sleep and crap, my arms have lost about an inch.... and my chest about .5 of an inch.

I can definitly see improvement in your V. So whatever you doing for your lat workout it works.

Thanks man!! I know today I checked the mirrors right after the workout and I also noticed a difference from the last time, which was only a week ago.

Its a pretty intense lat program im trying to develop, infact im basically focusing on just my cut and my back width.

Its a weird pull day, alot of sets for upper back.

I have it posted in my diary. I really think its good.

you have no back width from what i can see as you are too small, you need to put on some weight.... drop this 'cut' of you need to go on a bulk first...

might sound like harsh words but someone has to say it

I kno I need to bulk but i want to get down to a lower bf% first for personal reasons.

I also know my back width blows, no offense taken, thats why im working on it!

But im 510 about 170lbs it fills me out pretty good. I might not be the biggest looking guy but I also dont care for that, the reason I even started lifting was to lower my bf%. So once im happy with my bf% im going to clean bulk. And atm its impossible for me to bulk. Im taking a studio class for architecture and I literally get on average around 9 hours of sleep a week. Im up for 3 days at a time cutting sh*t and glueing crap and drawing crap then I have other classes to deal with too. Im lucky if I get 3-4 meals a day because I only can eat in the caferteria and it opens at 10 and closes at 10.

Look at my pics for comparison:

My pics. Just thought I'd put them up...

I am 5'10" and weigh 172. And everyone has told me to put on size! My BF% is around 18% so you have the numbers. I am also missing a ton of sleep so bulking is not something I can do 100%. But, I do train heavy and hard. I try for 3 days a week in the gym, hard to do with 3 jobs and Taekwon do every day. But I am 44 years old and I am making the effort. Don't let daily life stop you from trying to reach your goals. Kick that Sh!t in the teeth and do it!

a clean bulk is very hard to do, just keep a very close eye on your measurements rather than the scale

Dude i totally understand where you are coming from. I know that I need to bulk, and I want to but Im not at all comfortable with my bf% atm. Like I said the only reason im doing this, all of this, is to accomplish my goal of a lower bf%. Without that I really dont give 2 sh*ts about it. Im doin over 15lbs of my body weight for 8 on bench, almost 2x on deadlift for 4 and over 1.5 for squat.

So once I hit my lifelong goal im going to get into the swing of actually putting on size. Right now I would trade having a 135 bench 135 dead and 135 squat for a bf% in the 8-9 range.

Im going to hit up a bulk, I just want to do this for myself. Everyone always use to call me the fat kid, I was never the weak kid but the fat kid. So untill I know that im not fat anymore my goal isnt reached.

Also: narcsarge I applaud your dedication, but right now I really cant let down my life which is my architecture class firstly and then school. When your parents dont have the money to put your brothers through but they put you through, I would never be able to face them unless I put school first and gave it 100000000000%

Totally commendable. And yes I do understand about the whole BF% thing too. I hit 198 before I decided to get things right with my diet and exercise routine. I set a goal of 165 but did not care too much about BF. I posted my pics when I hit my goal weight and I am just giving you a comparison. Get your college done with then put the same effort into your workouts. The fact that right now you are doing both is only going to lay a great foundation for the future.
