Default My pics. Just thought I'd put them up...

After several months on this forum I thought I would submit some pics. Now remember, I am lifting just to get in better shape and hopefully fight off Father Time. I do not intend to compete, just eat wisely and get as big as possible. This is the result of 2 1/2 years. So...

Well, where should I start....LOL just joking brother

u look fine, bro. U can definitly add to your frame. Concentrate on compound movements to add that size u want, and once on a while do a cutting cycle to get rid of some fat.

Thanks vassille. I have been basicly cleaning my diet while building mass. I know I have more size to gain but I started at 198. At present, I am stronger and bigger then I have ever been. I know there is more ahead. Thanks for the comments and believe me. I have much more to look forward to.

u on the right track and look for good things to come as you learn more and more! Loosing fat and gaining muscle is a slow process, much easier to just gain mass or loose fat but doing both at the same time I found it to be tough.

He he! That is way it has been 2 1/2 years. LOL. As I am not a newbie by any means, I have only "praticed what I preach' for this short amount of time.

Nice one Narc!

Now I have a head shot, prepare to be photoshopped!

Looking good - you have good definition between your pecs (something that I'm gunning for - I gotta lose the bf first).

Your calves could do with a blast - my calves are one of my better points so it's always something I look for .

Your looking good all over - like vassille mentioned, you could do with a bulk & cut but if size isn't a priority then I wouldn't worry about it!

Nice work on getting that back shot - looks like it was quite a technical procedure .

Goal is 165. Then I will eat to grow! Still, lifts are:

Bench: 205

Squat: 315

Dl: 185

None are Max numbers as I don't care to know what my max is. Just want to keep improving.

My calves and legs have always been my downfall. Hell! My sig other calls me "chicken legs". Ouch! LOL about the photo shop but it is what God, and my parents, left me with. The back would be easier with a timer but I have lost the manual. LOL! Sony is sending me a new one.

few comments for these dude:

1) I never pictured you as wearing glasses lol
2) lookin' good, that last bit of weight should drop off, think how far you've come...
3) that's a damn big frame so when you come to add a load of muscle you're gonna be able to get big

and most importantly....lookin' good bro!

Big frame is not something that I have ever heard used to describe me. Thanks! Yea the glasses. One sign of aging I can not control.

Thank you sir. Shoulders are a result of my swimming (12 years competitive) and gymanstics. 2 years in high school. Always had a nice back and shoulders. Just never had the size and density of someone that hit the weights. Hence, my reason for choosing "the lifestyle". Thanks for the kind words.

My goals are serious! Just not all consuming. I strike a good balance with work, Taekwondo, family and lifting. I lift 3 days a week! Not on a M/W/F split more like, W/Th/F/Sat. All of that is morning because I work nights. T/W/F nights I have TKD. I also run my own lawn maintenance business and pick up students for the TKD After-School program. So time is a premium and sleep is not usually more then 6 hours. Yea, I know, I need 8 but the family and bills come first. So yes, I am serious. Again, I am not training for competition or to be "huge"! I am working to push my physique to it's peak based on the factors listed in this post. Once I can get more time, sleep, and have less demands, all of that will give way to better training.

Bro - you look good! Especially since you said you were overweight a couple years ago or something? Good work.

Don't take this the wrong way, because it is a compliment.....but you look MUCH younger than I pictured you - aren't you in your 40s or something man? Looking damn good if so! Reps for you.
