You've done really well for yourself buddy ~ congrats!!
These sort of transformations are a great inspiration for many people. Unfortunately I think you may be stuck with the loose skin. There is no amount of exercise that can tighten loose skin. You are in a similar situation to a woman I know who had a bit of loose skin after childbirth. She resorted to cosmetic surgery to get rid of it after working her ass off in the gym trying to get rid of it. You look better than the average joe anyway ~ I wouldn't let it bother you too much. If it bothers you too much, save up your pennies and get it cut off (maybe your parents could help???). Looking great buddy!!!! ![]() Last edited by Cammo; 07-13-2006 at 04:21 PM. |

Ya you totaly look like a new man great job with what you have done so far. I have heard that the loose skin goes away with time but you might need surgery.

Damn dude, you look way different! It's crazy how much more masculine your face looks.
As far as the extra skin on your belly, you can get surgery to get rid of it... Tummy tucks cost like $3000 - $7000... But, I have read that you can significantly reduce the excess skin by lowering the bodyfat below 10% and increasing muscle mass. Apprently after losing lots of fat in a short period of time leaves the excess bodyfat in a pouch. If you lower the bodyfat to 10% or less, there is very little fat to weigh down the extra skin. So... You get the picture. Also, filling in the extra space with mucle will help the appreance. Again... I just read this, I'm not sure if it works. I say, lower your fat to 10% or less and do lots of torso workouts to fill in the space. |

Hey, I found an article that you should read...
http://www.bodyfatguide.com/LooseSkin.htm and... http://www.bodyfatguide.com/LooseSkinTestimonial.htm ...Pinch the skin on the back of your hand, that's how thick skin really is. Anything else is bodyfat... Good luck! |

One word : WOW
--- Excess skin will stay unless you gain a MASSIVE amount of muscle in the stomach. To do that the solution IS NOT to do a whole lot of abs but rather to do it with as much OVERLOAD as you can. After all your abs are a muscle like every others one And by the way, you may be ready to adjust your diet to bulk a bit more Can you describe your diet? |
