no no it took about 7 to 8 monthish. not a year. the process isn't a quick shot type thing. it takes time and dedication, and you'll see the results. the obvious example is me, it took time but it all has paid off. Work had and set goals and you'll be the better man in the end.

WOW, you transformation is absolutely incredible, I can't even believe my eyes. Congradulations on the hard work paying off. My question for you though is about your acne. I've been dealing with it for years now and I can't seem to find a solution but apparently you have. So my question is what exactly did you do to get rid of it other then washing with cetaphil(sp?)? thanks in advance for any tips

Thats all i did. Although diet isnt apart of the whole acne thing, eating good seemed to help out too. Flax seed helps also and the sun does does too

Just wanted to toss in my congratulations. You should be very very proud of yourself for changing your body and along with it, your life.

Doing this for youself will open up so many more doors in life for you that would simply not be as accessable in your previous state. Be it in relationships or simply in having the confidence to try new things. I see so many people through my work that I wish would let me train them or atleast help them out just knowing how it CAN change a persons life... It's always great to see someone that sacked-up and decided to take control of thier self esteem and life.
