damn man, what you did is totally awsome!!! im kind of new here and have been looking for a good diet and workout and after seeing what you did i really want to try it. so you say you did the max-ot program? right...and how did you lose the pimples? btw anything more you can say about your workout diet would be apreciated.

Excellent job man! Reminds me of myself somewhat, the whole do nothing play games thing I used to have, then I just started hanging out and wrestling and it all came naturally and seems like nothing now. I just need to pick back up where I left off, and seeing where you're at now form then is a nice mentality boost. I second the question for the plan used out of my own curiosity. Keep it up!

I'm about 228 right now, 5'9 and i've been working my ass off. I've been taking Hydroxycut and it's given me alot of energy and just overally gives me the will to lose the weight.
What I wanted to know was, what did you end up doing about the loose skin? Also, I noticed it said you weighed 245 and the way I understand it, you said you lost 180 lbs? Did you mean 345? |
