You're definitely not out of shape Duro! You are making excellent lean muscle gains despite your injuries! A healthy diet all year is also good advice. Good work!

So how long has it taken you to get that look..., I am sure it was not it two years if you have all that experince as a boxer and Trainer. I think what we want to see, is you have any pictures older than 2 years like when you frist started training.
Only reason I say is because unless you have great genentics, which in most cases it is almost rare, to gain that much size and muscle in 2 years is amazing!!!
