im 6'0'' 190lbs
bench - 270 squat - 385 dead -320 arms- 16" pumped im pretty white, just started getting hot in canada around a month and a half ago so leave me alone. pictures are good quality but bad angles.http://s55.photobucket.com/albums/g121/kovalaybolt17/ i have a training diary witht he website as well. lol the hockey hair... been playing with weights for a couple years, always consistant but i didnt knwo what i was doing.. so probably a good 8 months or so. i took that pic out because my face is so ugly in the picture.. looking directly into the flash.

ive been doing only front atg squats latley becasue ive had to work out at home but my goals for september are to throw up 100's with dumbells press for 5+ reps.. right now i can hit 85s 6 or 7 times, get my bench to 290 from 270, dead 350 from 320, and squat 400. i believe the are fairly attainable, but my squat wont get any better doing pussy front squats at home so ill have to renew my gym pass sometime. im doing fine at home for every other muscle but legs are really suffering with just a bar and no spot during the day.
