Jenny, what is your leg workout? It's hard to suggest anything when we don't know what you're doing. I think it's funny that everyone only does legs on one day. I do a ABCDXXX split and A is legs and C is hips. I see that you're doing deadlifts, which is totally hardcore, so you should be able to accomplish whatever your goal is. Squats are obviously the best thing for legs.

Firstly, I want to tell you that you look fantastic. Yes, indeed, our fellow forum lurkers pose no lie - you are definitely striking. Your time and effort is shown extensively.

I'd like to ask about your calorie range. You mentioned playing soccer for 15 years and while that is sufficiently impressive, I'd just appreciate an estimate of how much you consume daily. I am also female. I ask this knowing every *body* is different. It stimulates much curiosity in me because you are muscular for a female and as far as I know you aren't a fitness model or a bodybuilder, so I doubt you'd fib or partially misinform me.

Well, I try to take in about 1200-1500 calories a day, give or take. Sometimes when I'm slacking off, I'll have less, but sometimes I'll have more too.
I try to ration it to a 40/40/20 split. I used to write everything down, but that became very time consuming for me, and after a while, you kind of know what foods contain what...especially since I find myself eating a lot of the same things over and over again.
I eat a lot of small things throughout my day. I'm usually snacking on something because I don't really ever like to be hungry, so I try and stay fueled throughout.

I actually do legs more than one day. I do a total body workout 1-2 days a week, which hits the legs, just not super intense.
But on my leg days I usually do a combination of SL Deads, Squats, Lunges, Reverse Lunges, Hamstring Curls. (I don't do all of them in the same day).
I do other things on various days too, but those are the main excercises that I will do for my legs.
I don't get to the gym as much as I'd like (I usually work out at home), so when I go, I do other things and make use of the machines for my legs.
