Here is a few pics of me. The first two are of me on Jan15 at 181lbs. I realized that i was going in the wrong direction and started taking diet and cardio seriously. Its been almost 8 weeks and i am down to 162lbs, and all of my lifts have gone up in weight. BF% estimates and criticism are welcome. There is one area in particular that is my weak point and i want to see what you guys think.

Measurements
Neck 16"
Waist 31"
Chest 41"
Arms 15 5/8"
Quads 24"

Good work. You have a solid base to build on. Kinda reminds me of tuffguy before he bulked up.

The only think I see, other than the obvious need to thicken up, is your shoulders. They could definately use some brining out. They are ok, but if they were a bit thicker, you would have a great V taper going on. Rear delts look like they been neglected a bit.

you look good man,

time to bulk, if you've been cutting for eight weeks think of what you could be- bulking in that time.

you sort of seem thin, i'm guessing your % BF is around 10-11? could be less.

good luck and keep working at it

Thanks for the replies. I am switching up routines and am going to try 3 day a week full body workout which focuses more on compound movements. I got the program from chad waterbury at t-nation. I will also be clean bulking and trying creatine for the first time. I am excited to see what the next 2 months will bring.

Mouse-good call on the rear delts, i just started last week emphasizing them more and found them to be weak.

I also feel my arms need to grow a bit to catch up with my shoulders

I don't know about the creatine. I use whey protein, and from both experience and a lot of reading/research, I can say that a solid whey protein powder is all you need.

There is quite a bit of information on why whey protein is all you need on this site.

Ay man good stuff... looking pretty tick, keep lifting hard.

You're alot like me, you look heavier than 162, and Right now I'm about 165 and I look heavier still. You're going to love creatine (get pills).

Any more thoughts on BF%? I do not have a caliper and my gym does not offer it, so any guesses are appreciated.

man, looking alot better. I would say ure weekpoint has to be either your back or your traps. As far as bodyfat, you would have to ask someone who knows a lil more than me. i would guess 11-12% maybe? thats just some random guess but you look good.
