hey guys whats up? well I'm just posting the pix I posted up in my log for those of you just for you guys that havent checked out my log yet (and because this is the "member pics" section so i'm trying to be a good member and post my pics lol

lol ur avatar always had me thinking you were a girl... but now its all cleared up. Your b/f looks low, now just build/bulk up your pecs (the most work needed on your) your abs could easily be a six pack if you do weighted ab exercises. Your arms could be bigger but they look good. Keep it up man

well now we know for sure your a guy... jk..i knew it im just messin with whoever it was in ure other thread who thought u were a girl. how low did you say/think your bf% is? keep workin hard and eat good clean foods. Your on the right track

if you read my journal a bit you'll know why i'm built like this. no offense to your comment though, i know most of the BB'ers on this board are geared towards bulking so i can understanding the reasoning in your response to my pix. pretty much I've always worked out for plain fitness and muscular endurance. I've done cardio and high rep workouts whenever i used weights but mostly pushups and stuff like that......

the pix are a result of everything i've done....i've never tried bulking ever... this is just my base to start when i get back on track.

Thanks for the constructive criticism though i'm gonna get those pecs bulging by the end of this year lol i promise

man what am i thinking? i work at a supplement store...we carry measuring tape and calipers in stock. lol i'll just borrow the one from the store lol. i'll get back at you on my journal with my BF %. if anything i'll just PM it to you and post it under this topic on top of my journal.

what did you look like a year ago? Were you "fat" so to say. non muscular? just want to see how far you've gotten. BTW im waiting til i get to where i want too be then post my picture, then maybe ill consider posting a before picture.... I have taken any close up "before" pictures, but i have some from like family trips at a lake... and its not good. but i still have a ways too go! wish me luck.

You can eat more and not gain bodyfat Danny, and you know it. Workout with some heavy weights and up your calories about 700-1000 a day. Do hiit cardio work, and you will be golden. Add about 4-6 inches to your chest, 2 inches to your arms/neck/calves. Your waist will look wasp like after that. Then you can be the same boat as the bodybuilders, *****ing about clothes that if they fit your chest look like a tent and you got them folded in back at your waist, because obviously if you have a 45 inch chest your waist is 40, but it's actually a 32. You gotta get your shirts tailored and your pants too if you work the legs hard enough.

To answer your question, I was never fat...I''ve always been skinny. The skinniest out of all my friends. I started eating more and exercising and I gain some definition along with some muscle. Nothing drastic but I had a growth spurt so to say

And as far as you taking pictures...take your time. It took me a while to grow the testes to post them up....it happens to all of us

Wow....the last part of your post is confusing but as far as the rest of....I know I can eat more and gain bodyfat? I already eat alot as it is...I always have..I have an awesome metabolism so what you're saying is very true..

I don't understand why you're giving me this advice though..what was it I said before? I've always worked out but never with heavy reps...high reps if anything and I've done alot of pushups and pull ups and sit ups.....stuff of that nature. I was doing HIIT before I even knew what HIIT was when I used to do cardio and if not I'd run like 5 miles...I've always been an endurance person.

I know I can eat more and not gain bodyfat....I just need clean foods...

If you read my journal you'll be able to read my history and read the new routine I'm starting. (Heavy Weight/Low Reps) I hope I clarified some things for you...I'm still confused lol. sorry

Didn't know you changed training, good luck. Having a high metabolism is great, you are lucky. I have to eat insane amounts to gain weight, it kinda stinks after a while actually.
When you are done you are going to find out about clothes being designed for fat people, lol. They don't make clothes to fit bodybuilders thats why they have that baggy look.
Even if you gain a little fat it comes right off. At least for your build, those with ectomorph/endomorph body types. Feel sorry for the mesomorph, they look at food and gain weight.

I don't plan on getting so big I need clothes custom tailored for me bro lol. We're getting a little too ahead of ourselves. I'm gonna work out and see what happens....I don't really have any goals except to stay healthy and gain some strength to add to the endurance I already I have.....Sorry to hear you have to pack in the food heavy to gain weight but you can do it man. Do you take any weight gainers? Additional MRPs?

My favorite weight gainer?

3 bowls Total cereal with milk (not that skim crap either) and vanilla protien powder, yummy and only 1000 calories!
