hey guys whats up? well I'm just posting the pix I posted up in my log for those of you just for you guys that havent checked out my log yet (and because this is the "member pics" section so i'm trying to be a good member and post my pics lol

lol ur avatar always had me thinking you were a girl... but now its all cleared up. Your b/f looks low, now just build/bulk up your pecs (the most work needed on your) your abs could easily be a six pack if you do weighted ab exercises. Your arms could be bigger but they look good. Keep it up man

what did you look like a year ago? Were you "fat" so to say. non muscular? just want to see how far you've gotten. BTW im waiting til i get to where i want too be then post my picture, then maybe ill consider posting a before picture.... I have taken any close up "before" pictures, but i have some from like family trips at a lake... and its not good. but i still have a ways too go!

I know I can eat more and not gain bodyfat....I just need clean foods... If you read my journal you'll be able to read my history and read the new routine I'm starting. Didn't know you changed training, good luck. Having a high metabolism is great, you are lucky. I have to eat insane amounts to gain weight, it kinda stinks after a while actually.
When you are done you are going to find out about clothes being designed for fat people, lol. They don't make clothes to fit bodybuilders thats why they have that baggy look. Even if you gain a little fat it comes right off. At least for your build, those with ectomorph/endomorph body types. Feel sorry for the mesomorph, they look at food and gain weight.

My favorite weight gainer? 3 bowls Total cereal with milk (not that skim crap either) and vanilla protien powder, yummy and only 1000 calories!
