the pix are a result of everything i've done....i've never tried bulking ever... this is just my base to start when i get back on track.

Thanks for the constructive criticism though i'm gonna get those pecs bulging by the end of this year lol i promise
No offence, but it doesnt even look like you've done push ups.. cardio maybe, but no weight training at all.

You dont look like you have an athletic body.

My advice would be to hit the gym hard and atleast build up 14 inch arms and a 40inch chest. That will give you an athletic body.

My favorite weight gainer?

3 bowls Total cereal with milk (not that skim crap either) and vanilla protien powder, yummy and only 1000 calories!
I'll pass on the cereal....I hate cereal. I used to eat cereal when I had munchies...I rather have a shake. More satisfying to me....but thats just me..

what about TRAZ now? lol

lol ok. whatever you say. Thanks for the advice. Everyone has their own idea of what athlete looks like so everyone's entitled to their own opinion. I'm sorry to hear you don't think I'm athletic but if I can keep up with the black kids I chill with that are hardcore gorilla beasts.....I think that qualifies me as an athlete....in MY WORD anyways...no offense taken. What do you look like anyways hmmm?

Are you what athletic should look like?

No biggie on getting muscle. I went from 167lbs and 14% bodyfat to 193lbs and 14% bodyfat in 9 months. Just got to eat like a pig to do it, I was actually in way better shape at 193.
About this time next year Danny will be at 220lbs of ripped muscle, he is really going to go hardcore on us, I smell it already.

lol big ups to you torontomofo, it's funny because you say "used to be twiggy"...I still think I am but I know I've definitely made progressed. I've just lost so much of my gains I HATE IT. I used to weigh 145 before my surgery and now I'm done to 131...I weighed myself yesterday.

it's depressing....

Once I start lifting though.....I hope I can make my gains and maintain them...I should've looked into supplementing some creatine while I was off...dammit. oh well, live & learn. thanks for your input too brother.

ya'll take care of yourselves now.

Very funny!

Yes I have your Superdol! I recommend taking 100mg an hour for 6-7 months and don't bother with PCT as you won't be needing it!

1. You post on a bodybuilder site.
2. You have a new workout routine
3. You have a diet dialed in.

Hmm, I see no reason you couldn't weight 220 pounds of muscle in maybe 2 years, faster with some "chemical" aids. I got my SD put away for now and some of the PCT stuff. I expect to be 210 at 10% in 2 years I think, but I am 5'11". It is not out of the question you hit 220, lol.
Muscle is addictive, when you start to have to squeeze into shirts that used to slip on it's pretty cool.

I do love that...when you have a shirt that used to be loose around the bis/ tris that starts bunching up around your shoulders as you move one day...really rewarding.
