just fill your body with loads of clean good food mate. a good weight gainer and train heavy and get buckets of rest. then you should be on your way to success.

My goal is 180 I never been that big. I toped out at 176 before averaging between 5 and 8 percent body fat fat just does stick with me! But im hitting the gym for the first time in about 15 mintues so wish me luck all and thanks for all the adive you fellas and ladies rock!!! This is the best site i have ever found!

Train hard, but not too often. Stay away from the drugs, no need for that if you're only trying to get to 200. A weight gainer or some sort of supplement can help though. Eat healthy, and lots of protein.
