Caferacer 2-22
Another month, time for a new thread. These were taken tonight, where I weighed in at a nice 203lbs at 6'1", carrying a lot of water. I know I don't look it.
A few memorable lifts, going from 1-23 to 2-22
Squat
315X5 --> 335X5 ATG
Sumo deads
315X5 --> 335X5
Preacher Curls (My arms never grow so I was happy)
85X5 --> 85X8 and 95X5
No real benching goals, mainly because I had a minor shoulder injury and had to lay off it for about a week now. I was hitting 85X8 DB press easy last time I lifted, as well at 75X8 incline DB press.
My arms are up to 15" now cold, up from 14.25 or something around there. My legs are a solid 25.5in now cold, and I am outgrowing all my jeans like crazy. Even my calves are growing.
A few things I need to change/fix
-My lats are out of proportion. In the pics it's exaggerated, in just a normal flex that look good, but really trying to flex for the picture one pops out more
-My left arms is now borderline bigger than my right (Ha! Thats funny, although in the pics I had worked out biceps a few hours ago, exaggerating it.)
Now for the pics.
Advice? Changes? I am eating like crazy now. Against what other people have told me, I am going to run a short 3 week cutter to prepare for summer (Gotta do a little something something) and then bulk straight through summer through this time next year. I anticipate being around 195-190 after the cutter and after I drop some of this water.
