good foundation bro keep it up and you will grow over the next few years, also invest in good food and maybe a protein supplement dont waste $ on anything else at this stage.

Totally agree. Always save them for last, then you get that awesome burn. I'm same as you, in terms of both body and protein shakes. I can give you some good recipes if you want. Do legs often, otherwise you'll look like an idiot with a big upper body and no lower body.

ya man those traps are lookin real sweet, u look insanly close to a kid at my school and he even has a basement room, mind if i ask what country u live in?

max on bench is 275, haven't been in the weight room in a while though since i got a grade 3 ankle sprain and can't really do much

275 max bench? You must have some freaky genetics. Your cut in your picture but I cant imagine someone with your chest size putting up 275. Props to you if you really can though I guess.

I've heard that beforelol, i have a closer grip on bench than most people. definitely a regret though cause it's much harder to put up a lot of weight with a wider grip...

aww cmon man thats bull****. .there is no way you bench 275 with that body.. and you are only 16.. cmon man i max 195 and im bigger than you.. not trying to put you down but i certainly expected something under 200..

I don't have a huge chest either, but my back,shoulders and traps seem to supply the extra to get up 270 presently. What training do you use 4 traps? P.S. None of the above mentioned do I consider HUGE on myself but they seem to team up nicely on my max!

^^ For traps I do lat. arm raises, and.. lol I don't know a name for it but it's like doing push ups while doing a hand stand, and just rest my feet against a wall. All of you calling me out on my bench comes to me as a complement.
