It is really hard to tell the difference with the lighting, but I think I can see some improvement....you look a little smoother now though....maybe a good cutter would suit you?

the pose and lighting is different, bad light, bad angle. It's hard to see. You should post a better pic. how about the numbers?

yeh its my crappy camera. I was aiming for bulk which im happy with. Gained 1 1/2 stones total, put on a fair amount of fat too. ive added another before pic. Check it out. slightly better.
