hey i started cutting finally, last monday, but training has not been in the mix for the last 2 weeks but i managed to lose a percent and a half just from diet. i did lose a few lean lbs but ive been stressed so i should gain them back quick when i start lifting.
i cant wait to start doing the cardio::yuck::
ill have a nice six pack before long.
i plan on giving myself about 12-14 weeks for a nice cut and to minimize any muscle lose.
right now the bulk of my carbs are coming from oats and yams. and ive upped the protein a bit.
