Bi's are up a half inch now 15 at 5 foot 5.

Maybe the abs and chest are just bigger/ more defined (or pumped perhaps) because they seem to be showing more than in other pics you have posted....

I have quite a few in my journal.

Traz the other photo's don't do me any favours as they are all straight on. I should probably add some side profile shots to show just how buff I am.... .
