My training program goes like this: Sunday: Chest/Calves Monday: Back/Hamstrings Wednesday: Shoulders/Calves Friday: Biceps/Triceps Saturday: Quads I train abs whenever I feel like it, two or three times a week. Currently I'm taking no supplements at all. I was taking Whey but I ran out and I don't feel like spending money to buy more so I'm just eating alot more whole food. I've been "lifting weights" for a while but I've only been "bodybuilding" since January of 2005. I didn't really get any gains when I was just lifting weights because I didn't eat right nor lift right. In January of 05 I really got into it and started a harder diet and I've gained about 22-24 pounds since then. |
