As for the triceps and lower back, I completely agree. My triceps are actually strong but they need much more size. I'm not able to do heavy deadlifts becuz I have some type of acute lumbar disorder in my lower back. I also admit my forearms are small but I worked them out alot at one point and they never seemed to grow. Your leg comment is a poor assumption. My leg day is the most draining day of the week which is why I put it on Saturday so I don't have much else to do. The reason I didn't take pics of my legs is becuz I didn't want to feel like a total douche bag in the locker room taking my pants off while another guy took a picture of me (there were other people in there). Also, I could do all the hanging leg raises I want...I'll never have bulging lower abs...thats just my genetics. The best I'll ever get is the V in my lower stomach but I'd have to lose the fat to get it.

I honestly appreciate the constructive criticism, just not the assumption about my legs. Other than that, everything you said seemed to be correct.

The diet isn't anything strict...I just eat about 5 meals a day, around 300-350 grams of protein a day, 400-500 grams of carbs a day, and I don't pay attention to the fat but I know it isn't that high. I also cheat a few times a week.

My training program goes like this:
Sunday: Chest/Calves
Monday: Back/Hamstrings
Wednesday: Shoulders/Calves
Friday: Biceps/Triceps
Saturday: Quads
I train abs whenever I feel like it, two or three times a week.

Currently I'm taking no supplements at all. I was taking Whey but I ran out and I don't feel like spending money to buy more so I'm just eating alot more whole food.

I've been "lifting weights" for a while but I've only been "bodybuilding" since January of 2005. I didn't really get any gains when I was just lifting weights because I didn't eat right nor lift right. In January of 05 I really got into it and started a harder diet and I've gained about 22-24 pounds since then.
