I am 5'8 and my body fat is 7.2%. I have been trainng for 3 years now but i went through a lot of trail and error for the first 2 yrs. Once that third year roulled around i just shot up. I keep things simple focusing on alot of compound movements with some machines as well. I do a 3 to 4 day split focusing on moderate to heavy weight. My rep range is 8 to 12 with 2 to 4 sets per body part. To tell you the truth i dont know my stats on my arms and so on but my waist is 30 inch and i am 170 to 175.

ur not 7.2%, but u look good. ur around 10%

well wether he's 7.2 or about 10%, im goin for that look... i wish i had abs like that. I really hope he's more like 10 than 7.2 cause i dont wanna have to cut that long. i think im around 16%.

when i started training i was at 145. What would you suggest to get rid of the love handles. I know diet but what kind of exercises

no exercises. Fat distribution is genetic. Theres drugs that can move fat and drugs to get rid of them. The only exercise that gets rid of them is cardio and diet.

man u aint got love handles.... u have cut obliques... dont worry bout it but the only way to get rid of love handles is to do cardio and diet. DO NOT!!!!! WORK YOUR OBLIQUES because it gives you a wider appearance which in turn makes you look fatter than you are. So those of you out there who are wanting to get rid of ure love handles and are doing side bends or oblique crunches.... STOP!!!!!!!you're just giving yourself a wider appearance which makes you look fatter.
