Yup, so here we go again.

I am officially as of these pics 6'1" at 193 lbs. This puts me at just over 30lbs in a year. Anyways I am still getting smoother, and have another month before I cut (I am going to be cutting while in PCT). I am NOT on right now, but will be on the 5th. Once I cut for summer, I will be bulking straight until this time next year.

I am getting smoother, but all of my lifts are going up so I am happy. I just hit 315X5 twice last night during leg day, as well as hitting 405X6 on the hacksquat. I've also finally hit 90lbs on DB press.

The one thing I can see if I need some bigger arms, and a bigger chest IMO.

Looking good, your arms dont look that bad to be honest, could you post your measurments if possible.

Damn, hell if I know my measurements. Last time I did measure was about half a month ago and I think I came out with this:
Arms 14.5in
Legs 24.75in
Chest 44.5in

your back is developing nicely. Looks good. Keep on bulking and put some weight on the chest and arms. good progress all around though.

I am, least I am trying to :P. I'm eating around 6 full meals a day, every 2 hours, and getting around 4000 cals and 250grams of protein. My metabolism is fast as it is. Cutting is going to be a breeze Usually I have things like rice, oats, whole wheat bread, chicken, beef, milk and lots of water. Whey protein post workout, and a full chinese meal post work out also. The past 2 months have been like this, and it's going to be like until I cut.

In 4 months I have put 90lbs on my squat, and 30lbs on my weighted dips... so I am doing something right.

Question, my metabolism is not fast. I need to speed it up because I was taking some medication for two years that screwed me up. Now I am only taking vitamins working out on a regular basis, but I don't want to over eat. I am afraid that until I speed it up everything will turn to fat. Any ideas on the matter? And am I just being paranoid on the food part?

Nah that has been postponed for a while. The stuff I got is good for a few years so it's still good There are a few natural sups I am going to try, but no anabolics.

Your back is really taking shape. You can tell your back & shoulders are going to be very strong and detailed as you keep adding size. Keep up the great work.
