Question, my metabolism is not fast. I need to speed it up because I was taking some medication for two years that screwed me up. Now I am only taking vitamins working out on a regular basis, but I don't want to over eat. I am afraid that until I speed it up everything will turn to fat. Any ideas on the matter? And am I just being paranoid on the food part?
