Shlt! 16 y/o. I was no where near the lvl you are when I was 16, I think I was 5'4 140 lbs in HS and I played Free safety and I guess kick returner if you count that? I was damn good at it tho......
How does your routine look? The only criticism I can tell you is your abs are lacking & for football you will definitely need a strong core. It will help you bring down those big mutha fukas or break that last tackle. |
