picture 2 is from yesterday

i think its some pretty decent improvement. tell me what you guys think?

The angle isn't exactly the same, but it does look like your bicep has gotten a bit bigger.

yeah thats pretty damn good man...i can see that u got alot more defintion in both ur bicep and in ur shoulder. keep it up!

Looking good, bi's are slightly bigger but triceps are much more improved good work, oh and around what kinda measurements you got there? around 14"?

Angles can be tricky with perspective.. but it certainly looks like a nice improvement... whats the tape measure tell ya?

cut a strip of paper mark it in inches with something and wrap it round your arm.... hey presto you got measurements

lol i had great gains from before i started but ive lost most of it although im still bigger, started at 135 finished at around 154 I think and now I fluctuate between 140-145, have you posted pics?
