Hey guys here is a pic of me taken a couple of months ago. I was 225 in that pic at 5'11. at least you can put a face with a name and any comments are welcome.

hey thanks guys, my thickness came up a lot after my show i hit the deadlifts pretty hard and really filled out. Thanks again, any body parts you think need to be addressed?

Not sure what your face really looks like.. but as it is... you look alot like brad pit.. A "Wide" and and much stronger version of course.

the last two pics of 05 taken dec. 31st. just thought i would share 5'11 233lb natural aiming for 240 by June and a little leaner. i got carried away with the double meat cheeseburgers from mcdonalds and no cardio.
