Default Bulking

Here are some pictures of me im roughly about 170-175lbs when I took these pictures. I'll be done my bulking phase once i hit 190lbs. All comments are welcome.

you look good , have the upper body developing nicely . Next step is to do legs as well as upper body. You will grow even more. Good progress

Agree that you have made nice gains. Chest could be bigger. I agree with Vasille that you should hit the legs. (why is it nobody posts leg pics )

my wheels are lacking way behind hopefully they'll catch up, cause right my upper and lower body is way out of proportion. My chest is my weak spot as well but its getting there. Pushing 205lbs x 4 from 185lbs 2 months ago.

Exactly why you should train wheels, the best overall mass gainer is the good ole squat. Legs are so easy to put off til next week,next thing you know it's been a month. Results will come dramatically (SP?). Keep plugging away.

I like the plastic outdoor furniture inside!! As well as the easy closet access from the table..LOL Looking good though
