If a coach oversaw that lift, I would suspect it. Lots of football coaches I have seen are obsessed with numbers and not lifting correctly,

the guy in my avatar? at 19? are you kidding? thats svend karlsen, former worlds strongest man, and heres for ppl who dont know alot about muscles, size doesnt necessarily matter for strength, some ppl have massive muscles and arent as strong as they look, some people are strong as hell and have under developed muslces... and no im not getting on steroids...this is my "cycle"
im taking 6-oxo, no xplode, cellmas, nitrix, zma, and the usual protein, glutamine, aminos... im taking it 12 weeks besides the basics and the 6-oxo which ill take 4 weeks on, 4 off, 4 on judging by the replies it seems my photos arent evident of how i look in person...my arms are 18.25 inches pumped, chest is 48.5 unpumped, and my legs are 28 unpumped

Curtsie = sh!t you see @ every gym in the country where people put on 250+ more weight than they can handle and just bend the knees and go back up. If you are training for an explosive sport like football, I would highly recommend you start doing ATG squats. I'm not going to lie, you will have to drop down the weight 100 lbs. or more, but hips, lower back, core play a big part in explosive power. ATG squats will help with this. Despite what you have heard from your coaches, parallel puts more stress on your knees than ATG does.

You and Cafe have similiar height and weight but a bit different in bodyfat. So you shouldn't be that much different in measure. I mean 18in arms n 28 in legs? Comparing to 16in arms , I don't know his legs measurment (maybe he can answer)? That's a bit weird. Ain't saying either one lie. Just wondering why that is.
