Ahh I was lazy and didnt try to workout. I'm still a little nervous about pissing my neck off again. Havent had to take any med's and my neck feels alot better. I think I'll try working out tonight.

4/24/2004 Chest/Biceps
3 sets flat bench, 3 sets incline bench 3 sets barbell curl, 1 set dumbell curl My neck felt good, weights felt heavy. I'm sure after a week off, it'll take a week or 2 to get back into my routine.

I'm back!!!
Havent worked out for what seems like forever, lost about 10 lbs, and have no endurance. I started lifting again, and should be back in shape in a month or so. I've been working out for 3 days now, and today is my off day. I'm sooooo sore!!

Soreness after my workouts is starting to go away. Right now I'm doing 6 sets for large muscle groups, and 4 sets for small. I'm going increase it to 8 sets for large, and 6 for small.. . . . .. .. .. . .. .. . ... . .. .. . .. . . . . . .

Going to start 10 sets for big and 8 sets for small today. I've written a computer program to keep track of my training, diet, supplements, etc so I being kinda lazy about posting my results here. Maybe I'll get around to posting them again.

Still alive, been hitting 10/8 pretty hard. I had to take a day off after each of my last 2 chest days. My diet has been poor, still making gains. Got a ways to go before I get back to the weights and size I was at a couple months ago. Shouldnt take too long now that I've kicked myself in the arse and am going to make a commitment to my diet and sleep.

I'm having problems getting my flat bench back to where I was. I did 235 for 12 yesterday. I've been hovering around 10-12 for the past month on my first sets of 235. My curls have gone up about 30lbs. I did 145 for 9 without any forearm pain. My form is alright, not perfect though.
I switched my chest routine around from, 5 sets flat barbell 5 sets incline barbell ==>> to 3 sets flat barbell 3 sets incline barbell 2 sets flat dumbell 2 sets incline dumbell

Hey thanks dude!
I'm preparing myself for my next cycle. I've dropped my sets from 12 for large and 9 for small to 6 for large and 4 for small. I want to make sure i'm not starting my next cycle in a state of overtraining. I will increase my sets by 2 until i'm back to 10/8 over the next week and a half. My next cycle is going to consist of 15mgs m1t. My goal is 1/2 increase in arms and 20-30lbs increase in bench. I wanna be repping 285 for 10, and 18 1/2" arms

good deal dude, and you using 4ad transdermal and front loading for a few days? you should use 4derm but add 4 g of 4ad to each bottle and give yourself about 800mg/day of that stuff......you will get massive! my guns are 18 now, and i want to get up to 19ish after my cycle of test enan and dbol (or m1t)
