My chest and front delts pretty sore, as are my legs. Oh yeah, my triceps too. Back/biceps. I gotta figure out a way to do deadlifts and squats. Twice a week for each is going to be too much. I dunno......... anyways I'm gonna have to buy a couple more 45's if I want to beat my 400lb deadlift record. I'm sure I could pull 450 during my deload, or if I'm at all fresh during my load. Although I dont think there's gonna be a day where I feel fresh. I gotta remember to take it a little easier, I dont have to lift balls to the wall during my load phase.
My deadlift inspiration = YouTube - Benedikt Magnusson 970lb Deadlift DFT - Loading - High Rep Day Deadlift 345x4 295x5 225x7, this heat is kill'n me, working out in 80+ degree room temp. Yates Rows 185x12 205x10 225x8 Partial Pullups 226x15 226x12 226x10 Bentover Laterals 10x30, 10lb plates gripped through the hole 10x20 10x20 I havent really done much as far as heavy weight, but holy sh*t am I cached. This heat is simply too much. Dumbell Shrugs - Hands at sides 45x30 45x40 45x35, 45lb plates gripped at the edge Standing Barbell Curl 85x12 85x10 85x8 Dumbell Row - Strange workout, felt like I needed to do more on back 80x10 Done. Thank God! Forgot to mention that I tried to do some face pulls from my high pully. My POS lat tower wont let me do it.

I'm getting my air conditioning fixed today. This heat has been horrible. When I get home I sweat constantly until around midnight, and the place doesnt cool off enough to sleep until around 1 or 2 am. I look like sh*t.

My gym's AC is not working right...and the weight room is sweltering hot on days like today. I take plenty of water with me, plus I go to the water fountain a lot too. I start sweating so much sometimes my grip gives me issues.
Not like I expect 68 degree comfort, but it was 93+ at 5PM last night...and that's damn hot to workout.

It just sucks all around. Not only does sweat literally drip off every part of my body, but at night I have to have a fan blowing on me, and I cant stand that. So my sleep is horrible as well.
I'm debating on taking today off from working out, to try and recouperate.

I've been sleeping downstairs in the living room (where the AC is in the house) til I get a second unit for upstairs...so at least my sleep's intact.
Might do you well to get a rest night if you're that drained from it...

Well, they came and did a little work. I think they need some parts because it looks like the compressor unit wasnt put all back together. Thank god its cooled off since I posted. Its bareable for the moment.

DFT - Loading - Low Rep Day Flat Bench 305X4, easy reps, liftoff was a little painfull 305x3 305x2, pressing movement feels fine now, but the lift off is painfull Incline Bench 265x3, I got distracted, Felt like I forgot to put a 10 on one side..... That was a weird set. Seated Incline Military 205x3 205x2 185x4 185x4 Upright Rows 165x5 165x5 175x4 175x3 ** Man I got a lot of energy right now...... strange..... If its not fixed, just bring one of those little portable fans or something. Im sure they wont mind. I actually prefer working out in hotter conditions, but some people cant stand it. And 93 is REAL hot, lol.

Papasmurf might have been addressing me, since he made reference to the temp (93) it was in my gym the one night.
My gym got the A/C fixed so here's hoping your apartment guy does likewise, Traps. Like where you're at, it's somewhat cooler today since some storms rolled thru but it's still VERY humid and it's projected to get warmer next week again.

Its pretty cool today, and my air wasnt all that great before, we'll sure find out when it starts to heat up again.I'll be hitt'n legs here in the next hour or so.

ATG Squat *raw, no belt, no wraps. 285x3, lmao......... damnit I MUST squat more than I bench.... 285x3 285x3, that set felt good and stable. More push on my heels. 285x3, that set not so good. ATG Paused Squats - 3 seconds 225x5 225x5 GHR - assissted 226x4, I dont think I'll ever be able to do one. 226x5 226x5 Thats enough. My hamstrings dont need all the punishment. Well see how they feel tomorrow.
