Thanks jlo and narc. I hear ya. This does happen. Its how quickly you catch yourself from falling that seperates the men from the boys.

I can feel your pain. I just got back from my doctor. She said I have a sinus infection. My throat has been sore for a week now.

Get yourself better Traps.

No, its not as bad as last year. Arms measured 19 1/4" last night. Definately see a difference in the mirror. I think I'll be up and hitting weights light again in a couple days.

Bumping....worked out two days in a row, crazy easy and light, although everything felt heavy

1 set each flat bench, upright rows, laying barbell skull crushers
1 set bentover rows, shrugs, bentover laterals, dumbell curl

My bench was weak as hell....225x20, i've dropped about 15 lbs body weight....

I FEEL YOU PAIN TRAPS! Take a moment to regroup. Rest up. Get the diet back on track. Then get back at it.

I hear ya man, I myself got sick and lost a bit here and there across the board too.

I am down about -8 lbs.

We'll get it back, but it sure sucks to lose progress.
But sometimes you can take 1 step backwards and end up going 2 steps forward....We just got to get back in action that's all.
This is my week

Thought I'd add, that after my last bulk, before I got sick, I had some new stretch marks in both my left and right biceps. Well the other night I was doing a little flexing in the mirror, and noticed that I also got some stretch marks on both my lats near my armpits/rear delts...(if thats where I can describe them) You really notice em good when my arms are up in the air like i'm doing pullups. I dont really get stretch marks all that easily. Now I just gotta stay healthy and try to get back as quickly as i can before I spiral into anymore depression.

Edit to add: Thank you all for the positive support that you have shown me. Its greatly appreciated, and motivating to continue raising the bar for my own personal achievements.

no thanks is needed for the support . we've all been sick, which has brought us way day in either our weight, or the weights on the bar, and i know its real fustrating.

dont know if it was a training related flu (lowered immune system from intense training) or just a run-of-the-mill flu, but it happens .

good work on the war scars. good to see the rapid progress show even more ...although i still think stretch marks look kinda ugly .
