I'm sick of my shoulders, they just wont grow. I'm gonna ask anyone with shoulders bigger than mine(that'll be most of you) WTF do I do for my shoulders!

Currently I have a heavy/light split one workout I go light, next workout I go heavy. I do this for all my body parts....Something like this

Chest/bi's[Light]
Back/tris[Heavy]
OFF
Shoulder/Traps[Light] - Higher reps less sets to failure
.....4 sets traps
.....2 sets behind neck barbell press
.....2 sets upright rows(DESPERATE!!) ahaha
.....2 sets side laterals
.....2 sets bent over laterals
Chest/bi's[Heavy]
OFF
Back/tris[Light]
Shoulder/Traps[Heavy] - Lower reps, more sets to failure
.....6 sets traps
.....3 sets barbell press
.....3 sets upright rows
.....3 sets side laterls
.....3 sets rear bent over laterls
Off
Chest/Bi's [Light]
Back/tris[heavy]

It repeats just like that 2 on 1 off 3 day slit...

What should I do for shoulders......

maybe you should work more shoulders, less traps. with traps that huge your shoulders are probably never going to look big.

Thats what I did when I first started for about 8 months, but now because of my left bicep problem I dont wanna try cranking up the dumbells into position.

I'm not sure what it is i'm looking for, i guess more advice on sets/reps/technique then exercises.

Got my bloodwork done, no results yet. I asked the doctor if the gland in the male breast stretches towards armpit and he said no. Its localized under the nipple. Doctor mentioned biopsy and surgery. Using words like tumor, or fatty deposit. Obviously if its fatty it doesnt need surgery...Tumer scares the bejesus outta me. Doctor did another odd thing before I left. He said "God bless you", like i'm hang'n out at deaths door.

I dunno. The mass responded to the reboundxt, but I had so much gyno, I dont think the rxt got it all. I'm gonna get another bottle and see what that does. I still think its the gland, and related to estrogen buildup(gyno).

I forgot to mention that around the time that I took the pictures of my biceps I noticed a few red marks on the upper left bicep. I really didnt think much about it at the time. Well yesterday I was looking at it again, and the marks are still there. I looked closer and apparently they are at the bottom of some old stretch marks I got in college. So I'm pretty sure they are some new stretch marks. They are small, but pretty sure based on location and duration that they are stretch marks.

Edit to add....My traps are coming back

Barbell Shrugs front with straps
315x30
315x30

my advice on shoulder (im not expert) would be stop woking your traps. big traps look cool but if your traps overpower your shoulders it will make your shoulders look smaller (allot smaller) making you have sloping shoulders and not look as broad. i like dumbell shoulder press and lateral raises for shoulders

Thanks for the advice, but i'm not gonna follow it.

My traps are small at the moment. My delts are responding a little bit from the upright rows that i've been doing. I'm hoping the rows, and my current routine will get my delts bigger.
